First Post!

Okay so as some of you know, this is my second blog! Boy I have really done it now! :) But I think it is better than not doing anything. I hope that you will find my tone of voice to be fun and sarcastic, serious and structured...but know that how I write is who I am! And please visit my other Blog too!

So here it goes!

Since I am on a Holistic approach and after much research I have decided to incorporate the following:

Supplemental Support:
A good Multi-Vitamin
Cinnamon
Chromium
Evening Primrose
Fish Oil
Vitex (Chaste Berry) as needed

Exercise:
Yoga
Body Gospel Workout

Nutrition:
Since women with PCOS have to mind thier Carbs, because we are carb sensative, I am going Low Carb...NOT no carb. There is a huge difference. I am going with more fruits and vegys. I have shyed away from meat lately. But since I have a thyroid issue I need to be careful of Soy. More on my food issues another day. Also, low fat NOT whole nor will it be non-fat. There is more sugar in non-fat foods than low-fat. If I didn't have to worry about the fat intake, believe me it would be regular fat.

I am going to re-evealuate this in about 3 months...good time frame...heck a doc would do the same thing!
